Mimi, you missed this one. One set of (northern) governors are intentionally at their various states generating dregs ON INTENTT. They budget and expend billions of naira for mass weddings for their own people, called almajaris, and then sent same negatives down to Lagos to mess things up. The Lagos State government has the responsibility to manage its state welfare. Lagos, or any other state, should not be a dumping area for intentionally government damaged persons. It is an attack!
