One thing that makes me sad about the beauty industry is how often women are told they can’t really do much for their face. You’re told that aging just happens. That wrinkles just happen. They come from a combination of things done consistently. Better circulation. Better lymphatic flow. Less tension. Better posture. Better function. Better habits.
