Ok so each of the 3 exercises you did have all the same muscle function. Pretty much they’re all the same. Pick one curl and 1 pushdown and you’ll be fine.

tip- when your doing over head triceps, raise the cable to just below shoulder level and it will be much easier to get back. 💪🏻💪🏻
