@cgtneurope: Chinese and Russian navies on Monday launched the "Joint Sea-2026" exercise at a military port in Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province, as part of their annual cooperation plan to jointly address security challenges and safeguard regional peace and stability. A joint command has been established. China's participating forces primarily consist of two guided-missile destroyers, a guided-missile frigate, a comprehensive supply ship, a rescue vessel and a submarine. Russia has deployed a guided-missile cruiser, a frigate, a submarine and a rescue ship. Both sides have also deployed shipborne helicopters and marine units.
