The issue is you need to choose the left blue perk for it to be decent and you lose out on so much survivability. Highly situational when both right options are good every game.

yeah it can be super strong but it's also super situational more so than just about any other ult in the game only ult I can think of worse most of the time is probably crypto's(mostly bc most cryptos pop it while they are 100m away from the fight and can't capitalize on it)
