Africans who have left their homeland and traveled to Mecca for the Hajj,Africans have abandoned their ancestral land and traveled to a foreign land just to look for God, Africans when are we going to learn? What is really our problem? even if I do not believe in God, I insist that if a people must worship a God, at least let them worship a God that is indigenous to them, And the reason is that this will avoid mental slavery, This will avoid dependence on foreign culture, We were on our own in Africa, We had our own African traditional spirituality, We had our own cultural understanding of the supernatural because that is what religion is, They came to us and introduced a foreign God to our ancestors, They used force in most of the cases to coerce our ancestors into accepting their belief system, and our ancestors, for strategic reasons, accepted to convert into these foreign religions, Now, when they have converted into these foreign religions, they told us that, this God that they have now accepted does not understand African language, The first thing you have to do as an African if you want to communicate with the Islamic God is you have to learn Arabic, When are you going to learn as Africans that a God who cannot understand your language is not for you? A God who cannot understand your language probably did not create you, As if it is not enough, they told us that for us to be accepted by this God, we have to visit their land once every year because their land is a holy land, But this is not free, We have to pay visa fees, We have to pay hotel reservations, We have to pay other charges for them to grant us access to go and worship this God, Our people have accepted it, Africans let us admit that our ancestors, for strategic reasons, accepted these foreign religions because they wanted to save their lives, Let us also admit that to an extent, our ancestors were naive, so they accepted these foreign religions, But times have changed, We are living in an era where we have more access to information, We are more exposed than our ancestors, Why are you still stuck with these survival strategies that our ancestors used in the past, even though we know they no longer serve us? In the 21st century, you are still paying visa fees to go to worship God in a foreign land, Why can't you realize that if only Mecca is considered the holy land, it means the rest of the world is a cursed land? And therefore, a God who considers your own land as a cursed land, yet He puts you there, probably that God is not for you, That God did not create you, Why can't we understand that? Look at the horrible conditions you have to endure, This place is a desert country, You can imagine the sweltering heat in that place where people cram in just to come and worship, Is the brainwash not too much? When are we going to learn? While we are deceiving ourselves like this, Saudi Arabia is cashing out big time from this program called The Hajj, Why can't we as Africans, also develop our own African traditional system and export it to foreign countries to a point where they will also have to pay visa fees to come and worship God in our own land? What is wrong with your own land that you have to travel to somebody's land to look for God? Did you people not say God is omnipresent? If God is omnipresent, why is it only one location that is considered holy and the rest is considered unholy? Can't you wise up? How are we going to shout these things for you to understand that religion is a scam?
