@crmnallyobsessed: A MAN NAMED MACHETE MIKE WAS IN A…SHOOTOUT? On July 4, Columbus, Ohio police were on the lookout for a man who allegedly assaulted a woman and engaged in a shootout with officers. Along with a gun, police say the suspect was also armed with a “propane tank with a torch head on it.” The shootout took place at a homeless encampment and the suspect, Mike Magyar aka “Machete Mike,” ran off into the woods to hide from police. Columbus police are familiar with Machete Mike. He was arrested on June 10th for assault and aggravated menacing and had just recently gotten out of jail. On July 5, police found Machete Mike at a different homeless encampment and arrested him without incident. He was transported to a local hospital for injuries he had at the time of his arrest.
