Sounds like U-Haul. I am an auto mechanic / technician… rented a big truck with manual. Brought it back when done told the dealer it had rod knock or piston slap.. Service came out said all good . So they rented it out .. next day the rod left the building on bottom of Cuesta Grade … cost U-Haul thousands . The dealer after that said anything I report will be treated as truth.
