Please don't listen to these people saying don't bring it up or it's not worth it because it is. You should be able to clearly communicate with a partner about when something feels wrong even if what feels wrong has already been addressed. Yes it's hard and scary at times but it will always be worth it because a true partner will stick by you, comforting and reassuring the best they can, if they break up with you over something so small as sharing your feelings then it's good riddance because the feelings that your partner has should always be one of the most if not the most important thing in a relationship.
