We legit stayed in a hotel for an entire week when we listed our house to move the process along a lot quicker and smoother! Our house stayed perfectly clean and staged the way I wanted it and we had fun swimming everyday! It sold that first week!

We were selling our house and randomly I saw three men climbing my damn roof…I called the cops and then somehow I’m the villian bc they were roofers checking the roof and NEVER told us or our realtor they were coming bc they figured it was an empty house…WHAT!?!??

This happened to me, but it was the agent’s fault. They purposely made the appointment for the next day at the same time to get around our 24 hour notice requirement for showings. Then claimed they selected the wrong date even tho they made the appointment an hour before showing up. We had offers on the table so they were trying to get in before we went under contract. It took hours for my heart rate to come down tho. My agent reported that one to their broker for doing it on purpose because I heard them talking in my backyard temporarily after I kicked them out of the house so I could get dressed & corral the dogs.

Luckily we had a front door camera but this one realtor who was not approved for a showing just showed up at our house and did a walk through in our messy house we were PISSED! I never want to sell a house again there were so many issues
