out cameras up and document everything and get everything signed or recorded and put the bikes in the house for now unfortunately it's a pain but that keeps your bikes safe but anything you want to keep put in the house and get cameras inside and out . I got kicked out of my home because of landlord like this Only my community let it happen and played a part in me losing my house too but document everything

Save the videos and date them keep records . Written records of the dates and what happened each date for court. Incase. All of the stuff he threw away he should have to pay you back for. Legally. That’s theft. Keep records keep records keep records and make sure they are dated and accurate and VERY descriptive. Keep account of every little thing that happens and if he continues - take witnesses. Have witnesses such as his workers sign papers with what’s happened that you’ve dated and described, and have them notorized.

I want to add that I signed my lease with this particular landlord’s daughter as they own the house together under an LLC. I thought I was doing business with one person, and now I’m dealing with this ridiculousness.
