Doesn’t make sense in easy jets case tbh, they’re a budget airline. Once they lose that consumers won’t have a use for them anymore and flock elsewhere

You don’t know enough about easyJet to make this video. (1) EasyJet already lease 40% of their fleet for risk mitigation purposes, they would never do 100% leasing. (2) easyJet already has dynamic pricing so prices aren’t going up by a set amount. (3) budget airlines make almost all of their profit from summer flights, you can’t create or extract value which is dependent on summer plans
