Thing is if cortis fans acted normally after the shoutout none of the artists would’ve said anything negative or anything at all abt cortis. Idk abt ug artists or cortis but cortis fans probably spammed these artists as if cortis being listeners was them getting blessed by the gods and to them they probably were😭

but the thing i personally think is strange is that theyre hating on an artist thats showing them love at the end of the day, ion see a point in being shady to a bunch of people that are making their way in the music industry the only way they know how. its like how underground music listeners have a superiority complex because they listen to an artist with 5 monthly listeners compared to people who listen to popular artists with like 30 mil. i actually dont know why im saying this i dont gaf about either of these artists lol

As a kpop fan since 2020 and rap fan you are totally right! Kpop is really based in black hiphop culture and I love Cortis so much they are so talented but I agree with you specially for FasHion as much I love it the song sound like Praise The Lord and Fein a bit too much ik Cortis added their own sauce to it since they are self produce they are great producers but yeah it’s similar but anyway let’s spread love instead of hating and the boys have so much love and respect for the hiphop culture i am sure they didn’t meant to direspect!
