Baking soda damages enamel of teeth, I tried it, it's harmful, also hard bristle toothbrush 🪥 damages gums too so don't use

This is great, but for plaque specifically I find coconut oil and activated charcoal more effective.

What he said and from my experience you can get rid of plaque and tar by brushing yourself teeth properly with a firm toothbrush gently morning and night also Oil pulling helps a lot too.

Also means you’re not brushing & flossing adequately. Tartar is plaque that hardens and calcifies after 24 hours. Those are better remedies to prevent the buildup once a dentist or hygienist has removed properly
