Score what you can actually see – hook, structure, voice, clarity **3. Bring in a blind judge - Hand the draft to a fresh model - Give it the rubric, not the backstory - Take the blind score at face value Pro tip: Fable plans, Sonnet executes, and the judge stays separate Avoid: The writer always marks its own work up. Never let it **4. Loop until it clears the gate - Fix the lowest-scoring category first - Rescore the draft against the rubric - Repeat until it clears the gate Pro tip: /goal sets the finish line and /loop runs it Avoid: Shipping a draft only you approved.
