@mamawgailcooks: My Easy Pizza Grilled Cheese 🍕🧀 Ingredients: • 2 slices of bread • Butter • Pizza sauce • Mozzarella cheese • Pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings) Directions: 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter in the pan. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread. 3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, into the warm skillet. 4. Spread pizza sauce on the inside of the bread, then add the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. 5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up. 6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until it’s toasted and the cheese is melted. This is one of my favorite quick lunches to make for my grandkids. When they’re outside playing and come running in hungry, this takes just a few minutes and always hits the spot.
