I am not going to guess whether you are open to relocating. I am just going to move to the next person → There is a gap and you left it completely unexplained. A gap does not bother me. An unexplained one makes me wonder what you are not telling me → You sent me the same resume you sent everyone. I can tell because nothing in it speaks to this specific role → The keywords from the job description are not in your document. Which means ATS already removed you before I ever saw your name → Every single role is almost exactly two years. That pattern reads as deliberate, not authentic → The formatting is all over the place. If you cannot organize one page clearly I start asking questions about how you operate under real pressure → There are zero numbers on this entire page. At your level I need to see what you moved, by how much, in what timeframe → Your skills section is taking up space telling me you know PowerPoint. In 2026 that is not a skill.
