Apologies are worthwhile only if there are actions to support their worth , and it’s so hard to change and break toxic habits sometimes so that’s when our as humans words don’t align with our actions and apologies seem as though they are worthless and lies and manipulative , not because we as humans don’t care and didn’t mean the apology and meant to manipulate in some cases , it’s because we as humans haven’t worked the healthy behaviour to be habitual yet , apology takes time to fully bloom into reality of being worthwhile seeming and as though people meant them and had the right intent seeming sometimes . I understand this and it hurts as I know they tried to be good by apologising , it’s as they’ll or if it’s me il lose aspects of character if really have to change my behaviour and be sorry properly by actions fronting with words of sorry and being in alignment to fully enforce the intent of sorry as good hearted .
