I don’t see a problem here. If you REALLY need a cashier, they’ll take your order. People still pay with cash… it’s not like it’s gone completely. This is just more convenient.

I like it. Hell I use the app. Get free food and use points. Customize my order to how I want it. I’m not there to chit chat with workers or become their BFFs.

I prefer that. I dont want to feel anxious or rushed because the underpaid/overworked cahsier keeps saying "Ok will that be it?" literally after every item i ask for.
