uh, you lose an ability to use your CT if your domain was broken or overpowered. That's why Sukuna didn't lose his technique after first and maybe second iirc domains in Shinjuku battle.

you can't use your technique after a domain but you can still use cursed energy for other stuff like reinforcement (that Gojo is using now) cursed energy discharge (what Yuta uses against Ryu), and blackflash (Mahito uses on Todo)

I think there’s 2 reasons that say why he can go this fast, although it doesn’t really make sense how his technique would help him run fast but it’s most likely due to him not getting technique burnout as we see in the Shinjuku battle between him and Sukuna he only got burnout after 3 domains (if I’m remembering correctly) and a tenth or smth like that’s of a second worth of a domain wouldn’t of done much to him regarding technique burnout
