selfriges is a high end store in London so they will purposely go out of there way to help you to keep up luxury shopping experience driver is probably being paid extra to help you with your bads can't comment on the business class lounge tho

It sounds like normal service in Selfridge's, the cab driver may have been like that because of where he collected you from. Though sometimes they are so lovely like this. Maybe whoever booked your flight did it as a VIP? But I'm in England and I love you, so loads of other people would I'm sure. You definitely are more fabulous than you realise
