paint with something to stop the concrete eating the steel and you might have to drill 4 hole with reo so the concrete stabilise it not star picket weld the reo bar to the rims or just mount the hinge and bracket to a decent concrete pad I don't know there's probably a 100 different ways to do it good luck hey

How well do they work when you have no wind? Nice build though. I’m small scale like you are doing I think it’s a good source. Large scale is a waste. Look at the Columbia George.

I have no words.. your base is so.. “get the job done with the sh**t I already have”. Very nice. O and wind works, just not as good as solar, but it works when there is no solar, that’s the biggest advantage of wind in my opinion.
