Agree but I think the difference between julia vs jasmine. Is that jas has the established friendship connection with everyone so when she argues/screams at them they know like it’s just jas and that’s their friend? But I think when Julia comes and doesn’t really know everyone that well and is saying bold statements, it may rub people the wrong way. I don’t think she did anything wrong but that’s just what it seems like

My mother’s side is polish and in her culture it’s more common to be direct and no nonsense. It’s also harder for Julia as English isn’t her first language but she definitely does articulate herself well. Even so the amount of hatred towards Julia is unreasonable, especially from Lola and Sean. It was honestly hard to watch when the islanders collectively ganged up on her.

well, she straight up called lola delusional and swore at her in irish (lola deserved it tho). she may not raise her voice or make hand gestures but that’s pretty aggressive? and the fact that she had to go against their initial choice with lorenzo just makes it seem like she wants to get into it

I feel like its xenophobia like yes jas has established friendships and some of the girls especially admire her for how she acted or platform, but more significantly jas grew up in the uk and behaves in “english ways” while julia does not
