Link in bio 🔗 or Jackedcookbook.com 📘👀 Ingredients: -2 lbs 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (907g) -1 Box Pasta Shells (16 oz / 454g) -1 Medium Yellow Onion, diced (150g) -1 Bell Pepper, diced (150g) -1 Packet of Taco Seasoning -1 Cup Cottage Cheese (224g) -4 oz Light Cream Cheese (113g) -1 Cup Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded (112g) -1 Cup Salsa (240g) Instructions: (All my Kitchen Tools linked in my bio) 1.) Cook the protein pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. 2.) Cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until browned and softened. Stir in the taco seasoning. 3.) Add the pasta, blended cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and salsa. Stir until creamy and combined, adding a splash of pasta water if needed. 4.) Divide into 7 servings (~2.25 cups each). Store up to 5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
