you have to put schampoo first since it openes up the hairstrand, then put conditioner bc it closes the hairstrand to keep the moisture in your hair. And since you put conditioner first, that means you wash out your conditioner and it doesn’t do anything to your hair

so putting conditioner on your hair when it's dry and before washing is bad in two ways - wasting product: when your hair is dry, it doesn't absorb what if should, so you're just making it more uncomfortable to wash it later. -not doing anything: you didn't even put on conditioner after shampooing. even that slightest conditioner that stayed on was washed off by the water and all those shampoos, leaving no trace

Omg NEVER rub the shampoo on ur hands and then apply it on ur hair bc the shampoo won’t reach the scalp properly and you’ll end up with greasy hair faster

Most people need to wash their hair twice in a shower if they’re not showering every day or every other day, sometimes when i have heavier build up i wash up to 3 times and it never made my hair break or dry out (yes, pre conditioner.)
