Ingredients: - 1 lb (450g) ground turkey - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped - 2 cups cooked leftover rice - 2 large carrots, diced - 1 cup celery tops, chopped - 4 cups low-FODMAP chicken broth (ensure allergen-free) - 2 tablespoons olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Gluten-free bread slices (optional, for serving) Instructions: 1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and cook ground turkey until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 2. Add diced carrots and celery tops to the pot.
