You said you’re up to $58 an hour and I think you meant to say $58 per night. I’m a dog sitter now these past five years and it’s crazy the amount of money that people will pay to take care of their pets. I love doing it and mine is word-of-mouth, I don’t use the app anymore.

Is there an option for your pet to be in the Rover sitters home?

I just booked rover for my dog because I have vacation next month and will be gone a few days. The lady seems nice and definitely experienced. I read through every review

thank you for mentioning the nonrefundable fee. In the past, folks rarely talk about it. I didn't know about the fee when signing up the first time 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Exactly, you can’t just think “I like dogs” or “I like cats” it’s really like you gotta be willing to care for those animals deeply and clean up after them and make them happy

I made pretty good money taking care of chickens 🐓 and farm animals and well, more like feeding them, lol. 😂 I never really thought about taking care of dogs, though.

Honestly I hate doing Instacart unless I’m delivering food for pets… I think Rover is where I should be 😅

Do you have any tips for getting more walks? I’ve been getting bookings for overnights which I like but I would love more consistent & repeat walks! I have 5 stars and a few reviews but it feels like things are slowing up…
