Cambodia understands the cost of human lives, so it tries to maintain restraint and not to use weapons, choose to resolve the conflict peacefully with the international law. However, the Thai side constantly violates the spirit of the ceasefire by carrying out acts of aggression and taking territory in the disputed area through barbed wire and forces, encroaching on sovereign territory, and continuing to evade peaceful and just settlement mechanisms. We would like to show the world the shameless invasion and seizure of Cambodian territory during the implementation of the ceasefire by the Thai military, and try to distract the international community from the despicable acts they have committed. Our homeland is not merely a warm shelter that provides happiness; it is a place that holds memories, links the generations of our ancestors, and is the breath of life. Seeing the place where we have lived since birth being invaded, occupied, burned, destroyed, and shelled is a feeling comparable to having flesh cut and torn from the chest. The use of military force and heavy weapons to invade and launch attacks, causing devastation to homes and the lives of civilians by the Thai military, makes Cambodian citizens feel that their dignity and human rights have been severely trampled upon in their own homeland, creating threats and fear every day. This deep pain buried firmly in the chest is not merely a matter of losing property, but also of suffering humiliation. It is a terrible tragedy that remains deeply imprinted and becomes a grievance that cannot be forgotten.
