Hear me out the MCS and SCS Merger should have never happened it’s time for a qualification sweep. They misused funds and gave many departments raises while not giving the essential and important departments raises. Its messed up but MSCS still has Amazing potential and opportunities for children but the leadership never tapped into it fully or gave the kids the money for the education they deserve I miss MSCS but it’s out of hand.

i work at a golf course and the school board had an event there and they spent $5000 just rent the place and then spent another $5000 on food and alcohol like lots of alcohol. i’m not playing

It’s the entire city of Memphis every mayor every city council member it’s not just the school board it’s every single construction deal its mlgw if you sat down and interviewed half of the teachers in the schools you’d find they aren’t even qualified to teach the future workforce in the city to make it any better it’s the worst cycle I’ve seen in any city

I planned on moving there in November and have middle school age def was gonna look for Germantown schools but seems like almost all schools are MCS and I’m scared to send daughter to the district coming from Indianapolis any suggestions?
