Shake up your regular lasagne with this Lasagne Style Wrap Bake! 🌿 (Serves 2) Ingredients: 150g lasagne meat sauce 100g beef mince ¼ onion ½ carrot, finely diced ½ celery stick, finely diced 1 tbsp Mingle Spag Bol recipe base 1 cup passata 1 tsp tomato paste 3 tbsp ricotta 1 cup mozzarella, grated 6 basil leaves 3 large tortillas Method: 1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil with onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5 mins or until soft. Add beef mince and cook, breaking it up, until browned. 2. Add Spag Bol seasoning, passata, and tomato paste. Stir and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. 3. Preheat oven to 180°C. 4. Lightly dip tortillas in water, then cut each tortilla in half. 5. Spread a tsp of ricotta and cooled lasagne mixture into the centre of each tortilla half. Top with mozzarella and fold into triangles. 6. Arrange in a pie dish, spread extra ricotta on top, and sprinkle with a little extra mozzarella, and bake for 20–25 minutes until deeply golden and crisp. 7. Finish with a basil leaf on each triangle. #lasagna #wrap #cheese #lasagne
