felt a bit old turning 24 this year, then while my 46 year old uncle was wishing me a happy birthday, he said how much he wished to be this young again (this was unprompted, never told anyone i felt like this), ngl it made me rethink my perspective a bit

Emphasis on the age one. I use to be insecure on how older people perceive me. Until i realized even at 26 years old, older people still call me kid, or baby. I now believe that we are young till the day we die. We’re free to make mistakes, and learn new things at any age.
