I tried to get chatgpt to two me what the difference between Hazel and heterochromia is and it seems to not really be able to do this. I don't know if there is a clear distinction? it seems however Hazel is like 5 percent of people globally and 18 in Europe and heterochromia is only 1 percent globally, presumably then like 5 percent maybe in Europe
