@thereptilezoo: Our Orange Iguana loves his scratches🤩 He is the sweetest Iguana I have ever met and loves being pet by literally anyone😅 He had some left over skin so I was helping him get off all the old skin🙌 Now he’s looking so handsome and obviously I had to stop for mandatory pets while I was doing this😂

Real question: Because as much as I say I’d drop my entire existence in the great state of Michigan to work there, I’m 56, completely untrained for any kind of work like that, and despite an impressive resume’ that includes being a veteran and over 20 years of training and teaching martial arts, I simply cannot heft 250 lb or heavier snakes and other reptiles. But my sweet daughter has promised we will visit the zoo next spring when her dad and I comes out to see her and our son-in-law, and I just have to know—do we get to pet the iguanas, too??? Please say yes!!!
