I get the feelings but I don’t see how that is everyone else’s responsibility. People have busy lives and don’t always tell you what they are going through. Also if 5 friends checked in would you still send everyone else a message for not checking in?

If depends how bad it was, is it the right hand? Has it stopped them being able to do daily tasks they need help with or are they fine ie a couple stitches on top and they can get on with daily business
