@geohussar: Ukraine allowed to make their own patriot missiles to fight Russia @Geohussar @Geohussar @Geohussar #Military #ukrainewar #geopolitics #missiles #crimea
Wouldn’t it take 2 to 3 years for the Ukraine to assemble the infrastructure and the actual system? I feel like that’s way too long, and I can’t imagine Russia not trying to interrupt that production. I also worry that Trump won’t actually follow through on this. His “policies” change daily on whims, he’s so precarious and arbitrary.

I’ll believe it when we see Ukraine building actual Patriot missiles. Trump can’t tell the whole truth to save his life.

How long does that infrastructure take to build though? It’s gotta take at least 7 months

will take at least 6 months to make the first patriot, unless they have been preparing before this. Alos remember Ukraine was the brains for USSR. They made the nukes and ships for Russia

What are the odds of Putin launching nukes against Ukraine and their European allies? It’s feeling like Putin is increasingly backed into a corner.

load of bolix prk, zelensky said that they can't defend itself against drones and missiles from Russia. Ukraine also lost another major city to Russia. do your research before posting lies on this platform

The Patriot missile is defensive for interceptions. While it will be massive for Ukraine defending, how does it help them capture Crimea?

It would take years to set up Tomahawk production. Unless we are selling the modules to Ukraine and Ukraine will be largely performing assembly

Where are they going to source the rare earth metals for the production of these missiles? The only reason why the USA gave them permission is because they know that Ukraine won't be able to pull this off. China won't be supplying them the rare earth metals needed for this endeavour. This will only remain a pipe dream for Ukraine.

I don't trust Trump. Ukraine does better without trump involvement. He will try to make this abt himself and claim credit where he has none.

Okay let me understand, another game changer weapon again? 🤔 Nah I don’t believe that bs anymore, unless peace is achieved through negotiations and both parties shake hands both parties will keep fighting, it takes time to build and produce the missile in Ukraine and theirs risk of missile strike during production I have see the patterns I don’t believe in wonder weapons game changer anymore

🤞 but not holding my breath on Trump following through on this. I mean it would suit the US too, another country building these will only maximise supply to the market, but it doesn't benefit Russia so it won't happen.

Yep. You can pay a fee to build the interceptors that don’t really work, cost too much, and need thousands of to be effective. 🤣

The story was it's the fuel for them that's in short supply. Haven't heard about that in a minute.

I wonder what has changed that now they get the green light to produce the missile?
