One of the questions I hear most often from grieving pet parents navigating the pet loss journey is, “Is my pet still with me?” Every week in my animal communication sessions, pets in spirit show me they are still deeply present in your home and in your life. The level of detail they bring through never ceases to amaze me. Today, Loki showed me the exact rug in his family’s home, right down to its color, weave, and pattern. This wasn’t just random evidence. That rug mattered. It was one of Loki’s favorite places to rest, watch over his family, and simply be close to the people he loved. These moments remind us that the soul doesn’t lose its memories or its connection. Your pets still know your home. They know your routines, your emotions, and the places that held meaning to them. Their physical body may no longer be here, but their love and awareness continue. So, do they still watch you? Every session tells me the answer is yes.
