@mealsmadesimplee: 📝 Ingredients 🥩 Garlic Butter Lamb Chops 8 lamb loin chops (or rib chops) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp paprika 🍤 Creamy Shrimp Alfredo 12 oz fettuccine 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp Italian seasoning ¼ tsp black pepper Salt to taste 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 🥦 Garlic Broccolini 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and black pepper to taste 🌿 Garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Extra Parmesan cheese 👩🍳 Instructions 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to the package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining. 2. Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your preferred doneness. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare with a 3-minute rest. 4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Spoon the garlic butter over the lamb chops for 1–2 minutes. Remove the chops and keep warm. 5. In another large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. 6. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. 7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth. 8. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. If needed, stir in a little reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce. 9. Return the shrimp to the skillet and gently toss with the pasta. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. 10. Heat the olive oil in a separate skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccolini and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Stir in the garlic during the final minute and season with salt and pepper. 11. Divide the shrimp Alfredo among serving plates. Add two lamb chops and a serving of garlic broccolini to each plate. 12. Spoon any remaining garlic butter from the lamb skillet over the chops. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese. 🔥 Cooking Tips 1. Allow the lamb chops to rest for 3–5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy. 2. Add the Parmesan cheese gradually while stirring to create a silky Alfredo sauce. 3. Cook the shrimp just until they turn pink to keep them tender and avoid overcooking.
