@uncledibbz: If you love lemon pepper wings, try them as smoked baby back ribs 🔥 Recipe: 1. Pat 2 racks of baby back ribs dry. Removing the membrane is optional. 2. Coat both sides with yellow mustard and olive oil. 3. Season both sides with Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper Mild. 4. Smoke bone side down at 250°F for 2 1/2 hours. 5. Lay foil down with 4 pats of butter per rack, more Atlanta Lemon Pepper Mild, and lemon juice. Place ribs meat side down, wrap, and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender. 6. Make the wet sauce with butter, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper Hot. 7. Open the foil, flip ribs bone side down, make a foil boat, brush with sauce, glaze 10 to 15 minutes, then sauce again before slicing. #bbq #ribs #cooking
