NO NO NO! You take a small pebble and glue it to the inside of the valve stem cap. Caps don't seal well. It'll leak out over time as the pebble presses on the valve, but as soon as they take the cap off, everything works perfect again, so they'll spend forever looking for the leak. 🤣

I feel like the letting the air out part wasn't illegal. but then once you actually remove a piece, which is damaging and stealing, would definitely be just as illegal as slashing
