Have been the subject of malicious false report to my board of nursing TWICE and it truly sucks and is so scary.

After 1 of your video's popped up, I continued to watch several more! You are so intelligent and have a great speaking voice as well. You are incredible about nurses and how you care! 🥰

I just closed my first lawsuit- not malpractice but a trip and fall in my office. I’m grateful it was not a malpractice. This was stressful

and... for the rest of your career you have to answer yes to the question on the credentialing applications that ask if you were involved in a case. I would suggest getting a good letter from your attorney speaking to the case and outcome and what expert witnesses say about your care in the case... it will help, but you will still need to provide sitting in your own words about your care. it's tough.

Thirty years as a nurse 15 as an LPN 15 as an RN not one lawsuit in all that time. I’m beyond proud of this because it means my documentation was spot on.

I was a deposed in a malpractice complaint. I was soooo nervous!! Even had to testify at a trial. Luckily (or not) I had no memory of the patient’s colonoscopy. Transected colon. I don’t remember the outcome of the lawsuit

IFT management and hospitals question, microscope, & misuse crews is just as gutting on top of being viewed as if we're still Johnny and Roy.
