I have clients that are consistently late to their appointments so I just schedule them at a different time. Like 15-20 minutes before they actually need to be there by.

When I need to be somewhere I always round the time it takes me to get there. 23 min drive? Leaving 30 mins before. 42 min drive? MINIMUM 50 mins before if not an hour.
