Rules to this: 1) You cant look down as the water WILL rush into the helmet, if that happens, all you need to do is look up ( you can look ahead, left and right). 2) You can not allow your ears to plug as it can burst your ear bell, if this happens you either chew a gum or operate your mouth as if you're actually chewing gum. 3) The helmet is 70lbs out of water and 15lbs in the water. DO NOT PANIC as you're 20feet below water level. Hope this information helped.
