I saw news coverage about this earlier today, the “keeping how he passed confidential” thing is bullshit. He was riding his scooter home around midnight after visiting a friend, the attacker supposedly stepped in his way, shoved him off the scooter, and stabbed him multiple times. The victim succumbed to the injuries effecting his heart. The attackers reasoning? He thought that people on scooters were undercover killers out to get him.
