Usually I have to get 10000psi on the track press plus get the bored red hot

collapse the tensioner pop the track off the idler and the rest is history

Why don't you just sync the idler all the way in and walk the track and rail off?

Uhh why not just knock the track off? Takes like a minute. And maybe 20 min to put it back on. A little longer than that if the mechanic tries to help.

Always remove 2 pdas release tension first then pound pin out with chicken leg
