Sephora on mockingbird in hillside village! I struggle w social anxiety and hate when I get approached at stores but Nicole there, she was so kind and educated and I felt like I was just talking to a friend. And this Sephora is SO clean and organized. I always get so overwhelmed by other Sephora’s bc I feel like they’re just all over the place and the testers are always nasty lol I came in ONLY to kill time and I ended up buying a fragrance and some hair care products lol

This is super random, but froggy’s on Mockingbird lol I needed to get a toy for my niece, and these people are literally the best. They’ve always been super friendly when I need help buying gifts for my nieces and nephews.

Bonobos on Henderson - my son came home from college without the dress shirt and pants he was supposed to have for his sister’s HS graduation. Literally a day before graduation, we went into Bonobos because I thought we could just buy something off the rack. I learned that, normally, you try on in store, and your clothes are mailed to you. They let us buy two shirts and two pants off the rack and even gave us a discount coupon for our next visit.

this one may be interesting but i was admitted for a couple days at baylor scott and white centennial in frisco recently and when i tell you i felt like i was in a hotel?! room service at anytime made to order, so clean, attentive and REALLY caring staff. never an ideal situation to be in the hospital but man healthcare workers just deserve a shoutout for all they do!

Stillwells was the best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant in Dallas. Said I was cold, fur blanket arrived seconds later. It was my birthday so they gave me a hand written note and the manager took us to the roof for photos after, then sent us home with a free dessert because we were too full to order one. Best birthday dinner I have had here
