hey im a professional swimmer, and I swim in his saltwater pool like every single day like twice a day and I want to know what I can do to preserve my curls. I have like 3a-b hair type and I just wanna know what I can do to protect them as in like after care stuff I know people usually say to put conditioner in your hair before you get in the water, but I feel like it tends to make my cap slip off and send. I’m also always training, It’s not the ideal thing for me to do.
