"this must be so exhausting for the other person" not for the right one. my husband stands behind me in crowded places and if I turn to look for him he says "I'm still here". he puts himself between me and anyone standing too close. anytime he does have to step away he let's me know. he lets me have the corner/wall seats or areas. hes always within eyesight or tells me to come with. I've never asked him to do these things because it's not his burden but he does them anyway. it's not that hard to be kind and loving. and if it is then they're not for you.
