My problem with this is I’m paying for that day from start to finish of when I get there. Unless you charge by piece most artists are by half day or day so if I want you to redraw it a few times or what have you then it’s taking my money for you to do that. It also makes people feel pressured to just pick a design because you feel like an inconvenience and that you’re maybe pissing the artist off.

This is the most normal thing in the industry, people want you to design it and go somewhere cheaper. Common practice folks.
