Even the IC say its a poor peice of legislation but when u tell people say the legislation is faulty because its putting the burden of prove on the accused while the constitution say the burden of prove is on the accuser/ procecution Thanks for reminding us that the IC is yet to successful charge anyone for illicit enrichment.
