After nearly six incredible years at SLB, this chapter comes to a close. Looking back, I feel immense gratitude. To every mentor, leader, colleague, client, and friend who shared this journey—thank you. Your guidance, trust, and support shaped both my career and who I am today. At SLB, I had the opportunity to grow across technical, commercial, and leadership roles. From well construction and borehole geophysics to digital solutions and business development, every challenge pushed me beyond my comfort zone and helped me grow. More importantly, I learned lessons that extend far beyond technology: building lasting client relationships, developing new markets, navigating complex stakeholder environments, negotiating with confidence, and creating value for both customers and the business. These experiences will stay with me wherever I go. For the first time in my professional career, I've chosen to pause. I'm investing time in learning Mandarin, deepening my knowledge of AI, finishing the book I started years ago, traveling, and intentionally creating space to design the next chapter of my life. Sometimes, the boldest career decision isn't rushing toward the next opportunity—it's having the courage to pause, reflect, and ensure your next step aligns with your purpose.
